The death has occurred of Bridie Tierney, Lisduff P.O., Virginia, Co. Cavan on Friday 28 January 2022, peacefully in the loving care of her family and staff at St. Colmcille's Nursing Home, Kells. Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, her sister Mary and her parents Joseph and Kathleen. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Remains reposing at Matthews Funeral Home, Bailieborough Road, Virginia (A82YV58) on Saturday evening from 6 o'clock until rosary at 8 o'clock. Walk through only please. Removal on Sunday arriving to St. Matthew’s Church, Maghera for 1 o'clock Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
