Bridget McAdam O'Connell
(née McAdam)
Bridget McAdam O’ Connell of Dripsey, Co. Cork, and formerly of Raheny, Dublin, passed away unexpectedly at home on May 28th 2023. Retired lecturer in the Dept. of Sociology, UCC. Will be deeply missed by her husband Sean, daughter Ciara, sons Darren, Aidan and Ivan, daughters-in-law Cathy and Xie Ke, grandchildren Fionnuala, Aoibheann, Alex, Zoê, Felix and Alana, sisters Marie, Fran and Trish, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and friends. Predeceased by her parents John and Bridie and her brother John.
Rest in peace.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Thursday (1st June) from 6pm to 7pm for visitation. Requiem Mass on Friday (2nd June) at 11am in St Senan’s Church, Cloghroe which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stsenans. Funeral afterwards in St Senan’s Cemetery, Tower.
