Brigid Parsons
(née Leahy)

The death has taken place unexpectedly of Brigid Parsons (née Leahy), Frenchpark, Oranmore and formerly of Athy, Co Kildare. Predeceased by her parents Mick and May Leahy and her recently deceased brother John. Deeply regretted by her beloved son Max and daughter Clare and their father Mark.

Brigid will be sadly missed by her loving children Max and Clare, her brother Pat, her sisters Maureen (McTeague), Kathleen (Hennessy) and Sheila (Hannigan), her sister-in-law Breeda, her brothers-in-law, her nieces and nephews, her extended family and her wide circle of good friends and neighbours.

Rest in Peace

A private repose for family and close friends of Brigid will take place at Rigney’s Funeral Home, Athy (R14 TX26) on Wednesday evening (8th May) from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass at 11am in St. Michael’s Parish Church, Athy see livestream link http://www.parishofathy.ie. Burial afterwards in St. Michael’s New Cemetery, Athy.
