Canon Trevor Arnold Sullivan

The death has occurred of Canon Trevor Arnold Sullivan, born 28th January 1940,  died 31st. October 2020, suddenly at his home in Ballinasloe. Deeply missed by his loving wife Doris, daughters Moynagh and Johanne, grandchildren Ellen and Samson, Matthew, Rachel and Eva, sons-in-laws, Mike and Ivan and extended family. His ecumenical ministry and peace-building initiatives over his lifetime leave a lasting legacy. He is remembered with gratitude and fondness in the wider Church of Ireland, by parishioners and friends from all faiths in the Aughrim and Creagh Union of parishes, the dioceses of Limerick and Killaloe, of Clogher and Armagh, and by all communities in Camp and on the Dingle Peninsula. Trevor’s chaplaincy work at Portiuncula and St Brigid’s Hospitals and the Athlone Institute of Technology brought solace and comfort to many. Funeral Private with a memorial celebration of Trevor’s life to be confirmed at later date.
