and Kilrickle, Co Galway.

Carmel died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Dr. Pat and much loved mother of Donal, Eileen, John and Elizabeth. Predeceased by her Parents Jim and Lily Wynne and by her sister Eilis Byrne.

Carmel will be deeply mourned and sadly missed by her husband, daughters and sons, brothers Kevin and Donal, sister Bridín, sons-in-law Fionn and Spencer, daughter-in-law Jennifer, her adored grandchildren Alannah, Michelle, Liam, Conor, Lily and Caoimhe, the extended Donohoe and Wynne family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at St. Anthony's Room within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra, Galway ,on Easter Sunday, 31 March, 2024 from 3.00 p.m. with Removal into the Church at 4.30 p.m.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Carmel at 12 noon on Easter Monday 1 April, 2024. Following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery.
