O'Brien, Carmel (neé Hanlon)), 4th November, 2023 (Late of Perrystown).

Peacefully in the care of the staff at St. Luke's Hospital surrounded by her family. Pre-deceased by her husband's Joseph Smyth and Tom O'Brien. She will be sadly missed by her children Tony, Yvonne, Greg, Adrienne and Tommy and also by her daughters-in-law Cathy, Emer and Mary, sons-in-law Anthony and Brian, grandchildren David, Andrew, Eileen, Fiona, Conor, Niamh, Claire, Kevin, Áine and Éamonn, her great grand daughter Clíodhna, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road, on Tuesday, 7th November, from 4pm until 6pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Kimmage Manor, arriving for 10 o'c Funeral Mass followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery.
