Carmel died, peacefully, at Milford Hospice, Limerick. She will be missed by her daughters Rowena and Georgina, their father Richard, her brothers Alan and Derek (sister of the late Muriel) nieces, nephews, relatives and friends

Carmel's Cremation will take place privately.
