CODY (née Sheeran), Catherine having celebrated her 100th birthday in June with her eleven children, has passed away peacefully on 11th September 2022 in the kind and gentle care of the Sisters and staff of the Sacred Heart Residence, Sybil Hill, Raheny.

Loving mother of Marie, Breda, Seamus, Phyl, Rena, Pat, Anne, Margaret, Vera, Robert and Declan. She will be sadly missed by her sister Rosaleen and niece Veronica with husband Paddy, her daughters-in-law Anne, Maura, Kathy and Julie, sons-in-law Billy and Andreas, her 15 grandchildren and their spouses as well as 14 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  Catherine was predeceased by her husband James in 1979 and sisters Mary, Bridie, Anastasia, Elizabeth, Margaret and Anne.

Catherine's Funeral Mass will be con-celebrated by her grandson Fr Paul Cody and Fr Liam Sweeney at the Sacred Heart Residence on Friday, 16th September, at 11am. Funeral thereafter to St. Fintan's Cemetery, Sutton.
