The death has occurred of Catherine (Ina) Murphy (nee O’Callaghan) (Pound Cross, Crookstown Co. Cork, formerly College Road, Cork City) on Thursday, December 24th, peacefully, in the excellent care of Marymount University Hospital and Hospice. Predeceased by her husband John and her sister Joan Fitzgerald. Loving mother of Timothy and Leo, sister of Dom O’Brien and Marie O’Donnell. Sadly missed by her adored grandchildren Harry, Rachel and Max, her daughters-in-law Norma Browne and Anna O’Regan, brother in-law Charlie, nephews, niece, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions Ina’s funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of immediate family only and will be streamed live on www.munsterfunerallivestream.ie/inamurphy at 12 noon on Saturday, December 26th, in St Joseph’s Church, Cloughduv. The Funeral cortége will travel via her residence to the cemetery for immediate burial. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to Marymount University Hospital & Hospice.
