Colum (nee Needham), Catherine (Kathleen), Cloonrabracken, Strokestown, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, November 5th peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe.

Pre-deceased by her parents Annie and James, sisters Mary and Sr Rosemary, her brother Seamus and more recently her granddaughter Kate.

Kathleen will be dearly missed by her beloved family; husband Kieran, daughters Marcella, Miriam, Alice (Thomas), Brenda (Brehon), son Matthew, daughter-in-law Claire, sons-in-law Peter, Gary, Gerry and Michael, grandchildren; Beatrice, Kieran, Jennifer, Emily, Matthew, Oliver, Cara, Joseph and Daniel. Her brother Michael John (Galway) and his wife Patricia, niece Michelle, nephew Mark, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Leavy’s Funeral Home, Scramogue, Co. Roscommon, F42FD78, on Thursday, 7th November, at 5:30pm to 8:00pm. Removal from Kathleen’s home on Friday morning to Strokestown Parish Church for Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon followed by burial in Strokestown Cemetery.
