Halpin Cecil (Kilbarrack) formerly of Scoil Eoin Kilbarrack, 1st May 2024, peacefully, in the loving care of the wonderful staff at St Francis Hospice Raheny, surrounded by his loving family. Cecil, beloved husband of Chris, loving father to Tony, Jenny, Mandy and Frances.

Deeply missed by his wife, children, daughter-in-law Celine, son-in-law Gavin, Frances partner Suzette, grandchildren Hazel, Sarah, Becky, Sam and Thomas, grandchildren's partners Andy, Conor and Ryan, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing Friday 4pm - 6pm at Frank Jennings Funeral Home, Greendale Road, Kilbarrack, Eircode D05KP80. Leaving Frank Jennings Funeral Home on Saturday 10:55am to arrive at St John The Evangelist Church, Kilbarrack, Dublin 5 for funeral mass at 11am followed by cremation in Dardistown.
