Peacefully in the gentle care of the Stella Maris Nursing Home, Tuam. Co Galway.

Predeceased by her parents Tom and Catherine, her husband Joe, her two infant children Thomas and Nuala, her nephew T.J., and her sister Catherine.

Celia will be deeply missed by her daughter Mary, son Mark, daughter in law Michelle and her adored grandchildren Joe and Mai, her niece Mary and brother in law Pat, her friends and neighbours.

May her gentle soul rest in peace


Reposing at St. Colman’s Funeral Home, Lower James Street, Claremorris (F12 EW26) on Wednesday 24th July from 5:30 PM with removal at 7 PM to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Crossboyne. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Crossboyne Cemetery.


Celia’s family would like to thank the management and staff of the Stella Maris Nursing Home for the excellent care and attention given to Celia over the past few months.
