The death has occurred of
Christina Cooke
(née Flaherty)
On the 22 August, Christina died unexpectedly at Galway University Hospital with her dearly loved family by her side. Predeceased by her beloved husband Oliver, her parents Delia and James and siblings Ellie, Johnny, Eddie, P.J., Tommy and recently deceased Bridie (January 2022). Christina was a devoted mother to Barry, Regina and Frances. Deeply mourned and loved by her son and daughters, daughter-in-law Concilio, brother Jimmy (Monivea) the extended Cooke and Flaherty family and friends.
Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) on Thursday, 24 August, from 5.00 p.m. with Removal at 6.30 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Christina on Friday, 25 August, at 11 a.m. and following Mass she will be laid to rest with Oliver in Rahoon Cemetery. House private please. Thank you.
