Christina (Dinah) Watkins
(née Buckley)

The death has occurred of Christina Watkins (neé Buckley) fondly known as "Dinah", May 23rd, 2021, peacefully at her residence in Ballycollin, Fivealley, Birr, Co. Offaly, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Richard (Dick), her brother John Buckley, sister Amy Horan and her beloved twin sister Mary Ellen Buckley (Nell). Dinah will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons Pat, Liam, Andrew and Richard, daughters Mary, Catherine, Theresa and Eithne, daughters-in-law Kathleen, Teresa, Caroline and Claire, sons-in-law Kieran Downey and James Casey, her 25 beloved grandchildren, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

May Dinah Rest In Peace.

Removal from her home to St James' Church, Eglish  on Wednesday, 26th May, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.  Due to government advice regarding public gatherings a private funeral will take place.

Friends and neighbours are welcome to stand along the route to the church and cemetery, while following social distancing rules.
