The death has occurred of Christopher (Christy) Hayes of Newtown, Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare. Peacefully, at his home in his 81st year, on 15 July, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
Christy will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Mary, daughter Sandra, sons Mark and Pat, brothers Mickey (Shannon), Pat (Ennis), sister Mary (England), son-in-law Tim, daughters-in-law Sue and Mairéad, grandchildren Holly, Niall, Alexandra, Valentina, Caoimhe and Rían, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and all his friends and neighbours in Ballyvaughan and the ESB Galway.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at St. John the Baptist Church, Ballyvaughan on Wednesday 17 July from 6pm to 8pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon followed by burial in Bishop's Quarters cemetery.
House private please. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Clarecare and Milford Care Centre.
