Christy Cunniffe

The death has occurred of Christy Cunniffe, Tawin, Oranmore, Co. Galway. Christy passed away peacefully on Saturday 20th July, 2024 surrounded by his loving family in the care of the staff, Claddagh Ward, University Hospital Galway.

He is predeceased by his parents Nora and Tommy , his sister Anne and his brother Michael.

He is very sadly missed by his sister Mary Spelman, Killeeneen, his sister-in-law Myra (Loughrea), his many nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Maree Pastoral Centre in St. Joseph's Church, Maree (H91 KOY9) this Monday evening 22nd July from 5.30pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 23rd July in St. Joseph's Church, Maree at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Renville Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
