The death has occurred of
Christy O'Connor Jnr.
(Formerly Knocknacarra, Salthill, Galway) (suddenly and unexpectedly); wonderful husband to Ann, much loved dad to Ann, Nigel and the late Darren and adored Papa to Ava, Zara and Leda. Christy will be sadly missed by his wife, daughter and son, brothers, sister, sisters-in-law, son-in-law Mark, his beloved uncle Christy Snr., nieces, nephews, grandchildren, extended family, many friends and esteemed colleagues. Reposing at St. Anthony’s Room within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra, Galway on Monday, 11th January from 2 p.m. with Removal at 6 p.m. to Galway Cathedral. Funeral after 12 noon Requiem Mass at Galway Cathedral on Tuesday, 12th January to Rahoon cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations (if desired) to the Laura Lynn Foundation (Christy’s nominated charity for 2016).
