A gentleman, a brave man, a scholar and musician - many would say a renaissance man open to goodness wherever he found it.
It was close to his heart to help support people suffering homelessness, wars and poverty wherever they were.
He loved and was loved by his children, Eoghan, Seán and Sadhbh and their Mother Paula, his grandchildren, Milo and Reuben, his siblings, Deirdre, Mary, Gráinne and Martin and his wife Sheila. He is preceded by his much loved parents Seán and Ellen.
In his last years he was cared for by many wonderful people, Care Givers at home, Emergency Services, Nurses and Doctors.
Our Love and eternal gratitude to all those people for their loving care.
At Rest
Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home Willbrook, Rathfarnham, Friday, 5th April 2024, between 1.30pm and 3.30pm, followed by a celebration of his life in the Victorian Chapel Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, at 4pm followed by cremation.
We feel, as a family, Colm would not want flowers, although he loved the natural world, but for people to Donate to MS Ireland instead.
