Your leaving was sudden and too soon my very dear, respected and much -loved friend of many years and lifetimes in which we had seen and shared many joys, much happiness, great successes and our fair share of sadness and tragedy for we were no different than most, however what I can say is that you were always there with your compassion and presence when my Stoneybatter family needed some interventions...you have never been forgotten.
Over the years I watched with pride and admiration how you and your beloved Kay, as a dynamic team, built and developed your family and your homes, and your children's great success as decent and compassionate adults.
Your Constancy, Integrity, Bravery and great Faith over the last few years of illness and tribulation was ever courageous and a lesson to all and I was deeply honoured to witness this, almost daily, from nearly 12,000 miles away...thanks to the internet and appropriate APPS...aren't we blest !
God blesses you now my dear Ciaran, faithful friend, no doubt you are with your beloved Parents, your brothers Niall and Cormac, and of course Sarah and Eddie, my own beloved Mammy and brother who were with you, as you said, last Friday, when your journey Home was realised.
All our loving concern and prayers are with you Kay and of course also with Jennie, Helen and Joe.

Charles, Tara and Rebecca (Sydney, Australia)
