IPAV passes on our sincere sympathies and condolences and that of all members to his mother Kathleen, sister Sharon, brothers Christy and Gerard and all the members of the Moffitt family, his many relations, IPAV members and friends at this very sad time. Aidan was a true friend to us all, a gentleman and a well-respected member of the Institute.
IPAV have arranged a Mass for the repose of Aidan's soul in St Mary's Church, Haddington Road, Dublin, D04 AV25 on Wednesday 27th April at 10am, members welcome.

Had the pleasure of knowing Aidan for a long number of years. He was without doubt one of the good guys who possessed a hugely positive outlook on life and an infectious sense of good humour. He will be greatly missed by all, and has been taken far too early. Rest in peace Aidan.

He would often come to us in Limerick or we go up to him in sligo. We were so lucky to have wonderful friend like you Aidan, we are heartbroken to thing something like this has happened and is still going on in our country.
