Our deepest sympathies, Cathriona and family. I had the pleasure of working with Aidan after moving to Ireland, and he was the most friendly and helpful person. I recall it was Aidan who helped introduce myself and Rach to some clear, unlabelled spirit that started off an evening out and lots of other helpful customs. Most happy memories we will cherish.

I worked with Aidan from.1983-91 in Wang, Limerick. We shared a (white) house in Castletroy. Aidan was a thoughtful good friend and a thorough gentleman. I enjoyed his cooking on a number of occasions at weekends. Aidan was great company and I went on my first holiday to Greece with him et al in 1984 !

We were fortunate to meet Aidan & Cathriona in April last year when they stayed in Castletown Estate, Celbridge.

I knew Aidan from our time at Saint Coleman's college in the 1970's and he was a most approachable and decent person then. It is obvious from all the messages that he didn't change over the years.

Just heard this very sad news about Aidan. I worked and sat beside Aidan for 7 years in Oracle.. We used to have great morning chats. He always talked so proudly about his family.
