Sincere condolences to Ann's family and wide circle of friends. Ann was a great help to me starting out in IFA. Always a kind word for everyone, nothing was an issue. She had a wonderful gentle manner and people warmed to her very quickly. She had a wonderful reputation with both IFA colleagues and officers throughout the region. She was a fantastic work colleague who had only just retired. Special mention to Joe who worked closely with Ann for 14 years, he has lost a dear friend. May your gentle soul rest in peace Ann.
