I am so sorry to hear of Anna's passing. She was such a wonderful friend to my parents Sheila and Michael Kavanagh and so kind to me this year when they both passed away. They had been friends since Nigeria and I remember both Anna and Tom as such happy welcoming people. These are sad days for all of you but I know that like us you'll go forward with many happy memories.

Dear Shane, Trudy, Katherine, Tadgh and Paddy,
Sorry for your loss. Anna was a wonderful person.
Your parents, dear Tom and Anna, were inspirational.
I have only the best memories of them.
John Lucas (RIP) and his family shared amazing times together with you all.
We tried to make the best families and movies. It could be argued we did a great job!
Wishing you all courage and strength to cope with Anna's passing.
Best love
June Lucas

Deepest sympathy to you all on the death of dear Anna. She and Tom were such special friends to my mum and dad, and were so supportive when our dad, Ciarán, died back in 2001. They shared many good times together working in Nigeria in the early 60's, and Anna was, up to the last, great for phoning and calling in to mum. We're all really shocked and saddened that she has slipped away so unexpectedly, but grateful that went so peacefully and, above all, for having her in our lives.
— Rónán Murray, on behalf of Mena and all the Murrays.
