Dear Tom, Louise, Karen and all Anna’s cherished grandchildren and extended family.

We were deeply shocked and saddened to hear of Anna’s passing. She was such a lovely friendly lady with a warm smile and infectious laugh. I remember many a cold school morning waiting at the bus stop and Anna would come along in her little red mini to save the day and bring us to school on time. She will be greatly missed by all of us who knew and loved her.

Thinking of you all at this very sad time of transition. Bonds of love are eternal and I know she will continue to watch over you all now from heaven. Those who love us never truly leave us, she will remain forever in your hearts, loving and caring for you all as she did in life.
