It was with genuine sadness that the committee, staff, residents, day members and volunteers at Carnew Community Care learned of the death of Nancy on 1st May, She has been with us in Carnew since January 1999 during which time she endeared herself to everyone who met her. She was always regarded as a real lady. She took an active role in all activities in the Centre and generously gave of her time to volunteer to work in our Boutique charity shop. She will be greatly missed. Condolences to the extended Dempsey and O’Keeffe families at this difficult time..
