A great judo and shotokan Sensi. Knew Anto from Charlie’s Judo Club in Church Street and did his classes. An absolute gentleman, my sincere condolences to all his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

I knew Anto since I was a kid back in the early 80's training up in St Saviors and seeing him at all the courses and tournaments. He was always regarded as a legend with the greatest respect coming from Judo to Karate and and its how I will always remember him.

Mr. Clarke thought me for many yrs in st Mary's karate, and recognised me yrs after when we bumped into each other. He always held such high regard for his students.
