Anthony (Anto) CLARKE

A great judo and shotokan Sensi. Knew Anto from Charlie’s Judo Club in Church Street and did his classes. An absolute gentleman, my sincere condolences to all his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

I worked with Anto in Coca Cola for many years he was always a gentleman and he will be sadly missed R.I.P. Anto.

Knew Anthony from Vicar St. Ballyfermot,and Clondalkin.He came from a lovely family and he then became a great family man.A good person who excelled in everything he did in life.Left a big footprint and will be missed and remembered by all who were privileged to know him.Sincere condolences to his family.

I knew Anto since I was a kid back in the early 80's training up in St Saviors and seeing him at all the courses and tournaments. He was always regarded as a legend with the greatest respect coming from Judo to Karate and and its how I will always remember him.

So sorry to hear of Sensei's passing. He taught my son Philip and I so many great things in Karate. He was a beautiful man with a very caring and loving soul. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-ainm.

We are so sorry to lose such a very good neighbour. Will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. May you rest in peace Anthony.

Mr. Clarke thought me for many yrs in st Mary's karate, and recognised me yrs after when we bumped into each other. He always held such high regard for his students.

He will always be remembered fondly.
