I had no idea Tony was unwell and I did not hear in time to get to the funeral.
Tony was a fantastic person. His job at both SP and HX was to collect the levies.but he was more than that. He was always interested in how the greyhound sport was progressing. He was a promoter, a marketeer, intelligent, hard working, infectious personality and a good friend to all of us.
He will be sadly missed and we will never see his like again.

Your Dad was a gentleman. I always loved visiting your house, especially at Halloween because your Dad was our very own Tayto Man and would give us loads of packets of crisps...I have to admit knocking more than once, I think he new though, but never said...that was the type of man he was...just lovely.
