So sad to hear of Uncle Barney's passing. So many years with so many GREAT memories! I remember one time when he came to America and went into New York City and someone stole his camera. He raved about how good the thief was to get the camera without him feeling it. I don't know of anyone who ever met him that did not like him!

I met Barney when I started in Dublin Bus in Phibsboro, the late 90's. I remember a big hearty man, Elvis fan,passionate about family and Karate. Always had a kind word for the newer drivers and always without fail, made you laugh.
