Shared with Barry ten years at Rabobank, initially as peer and than reporting to him. A, lot of sadness came through me remembering the person he was, being always fair and constructive. An extremely pleasant person to work with. Rest in peace my friend and condolences to his large family. Marco from Milan, Italy
— Marco Pallazzi
I knew Barry during his London years and always admired him and enjoyed his company. Excellent man, desperately sorry to hear this news. Way too young. Deepest best wishes to his family and friends.
— Matthew Connolly

Heartfelt condolences to Barry's family and friends. I knew Barry well during his London days in the 80s, and travelled with him in a wider group on the ferry at the very start of that phase. I met with Barry again at a friend's wedding a few years ago, and he was still the same lovely, engaging and witty man. Though we'd only met once or twice since then I still feel sad that the world is a lesser place for his passing, and that there's now a major void in the lives of a lot of people.

Heartbreaking news. We are thinking of the whole Henry and Crowe families
