Deepest condolences to Rachel, Children and the McManus family on the tragic loss of Barry.
I first met Barry back in 1999 as we as part of a group met on the Wider Horizons group before heading on our adventure of a lifetime to PGH USA.
He was alway a joker but a pure gentleman.
His poor mam had some phone bill back in the day after we came back to Ireland as we kept in touch on a weekly basis for a while.
We lost touch for a few years but had recently re connected, he was so excited telling me all about his new family and that he was waiting on his wee son to come into the world.
He had never changed in the 22 year's since we the last time we met in person.
Still the same Barry full of life.
I am in total shock as are some of the WH Family that I've been speaking to since early yesterday Morning both across seas and here in Ireland.
Barry you touched so many hearts that I don't think you realised just how loved you were by friends old and new, near and far.
You are with Dooney and LouLou now, make sure you are all looking down on us all especially your beautiful little family, they must be heartbroken at the loss of such a humble gentle person taken way before their time.
You will always be remembered and many stories to be told by all.
Hold that pint for me for when it's my time to go.
Rest Easy MO CHARA XX
