My name is John Byrne. Bernard and I were fellow students from the class of 1979. I had not seen Bernard since graduation. I had been in contact with Bernard in July 2019 when the 40th anniversary was being organised. I was planning on being in Florida in the Spring of 2020 and we were to meet up. The trip was postponed due to Covid. I’m very sorry that we did not get a chance to meet. Siobhan and I would like to express our deepest sympathies to your family.
