We were both saddened to hear of Billy's passing. I first met Billy in 1973 when he was a Mechanical Engineering student at RTC and I a student of Billy's aunt Margo. Such a lovely kind and gentle man. Billy never changed and it was therefore a great pleasure many years later to meet again in Brooks cafe. I always enjoyed our chats and will miss his smile and kind words. Rest in peace Billy.
