Heartfelt sympathy to the Walsh family and to the Christian Brother community on Frank’s recent passing. Frank is still fondly remembered while being Principal of Drimnagh Castle Primary School. He had a wonderful personality and treated everyone with respect. He took his job seriously but was still full of fun and laughter. Frank was popular with parents and was loved by all the pupils. He had a very healthy attitude to life, was full of kindness and also had a wide range of interests including sport, music and culture. While home on holidays from Zambia he even called in to Drimnagh Castle to say hello. A good Christian. Ar dheis Dé do raibh a anam dílis.

I worked with Frank,Br.Walsh in Drimnagh Castle when he was principal .
He was a breath of fresh air, full of fun and also totally serious about the job.
He was always kind and kept in touch over the years .He rang me the day I retired, over 30 years since we had worked together .That says a lot about him.
A very good Christian man. He did a lot of kind deeds behind the scenes .
The boys in school loved him.He was firm, fair and kind.
