Breda was one in a million, a fine person, full of life, with a big heart and positive outlook. With that welcoming smile, sense of humour and outgoing personality. She was to the fore in the development of the wider community in the 1970’s, 80’s and 90’s, from the Community Association to Corks No Name Club, the largest No Name Club in the Country at the time. From her hands on approach in sorting out challenging issues to her meticulous recording of the various Committee meetings, which she delivered to meetings with great aplomb, as only Breda could. We both have fond memories of Breda from those years ago. Suaimhneas siorai da hanam.
