My deepest condolences to you Dympna and family. I was lucky enough to work with Brian for a number of years in the Bridewell and he was a pure gentleman who always helped. Was extremely supportive to me and my family which will never be forgotten. He was a Proud GAA man, Garda and most importantly a family man. May Brian resting in peace.

Gone way before his time is something you'll hear many times from everyone who had the honour and privilege to know him. I had the pleasure of working alongside Beano at many an event in Croke Park and found him to be the nicest person imaginable, except when his beloved Dubs beat my Kildare (a common occurrence alas)
