Please accept my sincere sympathy on Brian's sudden and untimely death, of which, living in Tullamore, I have only recently heard . May Brian's gentle soul rest in peace . Blathnaid Kenny, Coosan House, Athlone.

Brian was an absolute gentleman and friend.
I always enjoyed his company discussing many topics of mutual interest to which he was one very knowledgable Person and one I always valued his opinion.
His wit was first class and a good laugh was always had in Brian’s company.
More importantly Brian was a loyal,honest and good living person and was respected by all that were very privileged to have known him in this life.

Our sincere sympathies to his Parents Paul and Margaret,his siblings Gráinne,Síobha,Brendan and Margaret-Ann and all the extended Garvey and Murphy Families.

Thinking of you all at this very difficult time.

So sad to hear this news. Loved the craic with Brian as we crossed paths over the years having first met in the Green Olive when we were both young (ish) lads and he’d come in with his Dad. Brian was a true gentleman and I have such fond happy memories of him always. Brian's warm, kind smile will stay with me forever. His gentle witty sense of humour will be greatly missed by everyone. I will always remember the wonderful times we all had in Brosna growing up.
