It was a huge privilege to work with Brian on St. Annes ward, he was so supportive, especially during those tough covid times. Brian took to patient care like a duck to water, he was brilliant. He was also hilarious & patients loved him, St Annes won't be the same without him 💙💙💔💔

Rest in peace was in St Ann's ward for 6 weeks and you were so kind and caring it was a pleasure to have knowing you may you get the best bed in heaven Brian 🙏🙏

Brian was one of my carers while I was in loughlinstown hospital for 6 weeks. Everyday without fail he would bounce in sming and put a smile on my face. He had a certain way that showed how good he was at his job. Thank you Brian for your gentle care. Thinking of your family and friends at this sad time. May you rest in peace..

Sincere condolences to all of Brians family, to his mum, his brothers, sister but especially Lauren and Sarah-Jane. Our thoughts are with you all. Our hearts break with yours. Lauren and Sarah-Jane, you both feel like family to us as your dad talks constantly about you, you both made him so so proud. Brian was loved on the ward by both staff and patients. He had a great way of reading people, he knew exactly when someone needed to be cheered up but also when they just needed a listening ear. He was amazing at his job and gave it his all. Brian has a special place in all our hearts and will forever be part of our team. St. Anne's will not be the same without him. Rest in peace Brian from all your work family x

My sincere condolences to Brian’s family at this very difficult and sad time. Brian worked incredibly hard here in St. Columcille’s Hospital. He was respected by all who had the privilege to meet him. He was known for his quick-wit and his humour but most of all, he was known for his kind and caring nature. He was especially good to all the patients he provided care for.
He is a huge loss to the family of St. Columcille’s Hospital and he will be greatly missed by all.
