So sorry to hear of Brian’s death . It doesn’t seem all that long ago that he delivered such a beautiful tribute to his own mother May at her funeral in Aughrim Street Church.

We will always remember Brian’s generosity with his musical talent. He played superbly after our wedding reception. Then, years later, at our sons’ weddings in the west of Ireland he lifted the countryside with his unique memorable flute playing. We will never forget him. Rest in peace Brian and may you lift the heavens with your music.

I hadn't seen him for many years, but never forgot the first impressions I had, and was always happy to read or hear about his musical journey through life. He was an inspiration to many.
