He was an innovator, always up to date with the latest international trends, and he introduced significant initiatives over the years, including in planning for Major Accidents. He was generous to a fault, providing expert advice and guidance to anyone who sought it, but, most of all, he was a thorough gentleman. Ni bheidh a leitheid aris ann.
