I was very sorry to hear of Br Linus' passing, and was glad to be able to watch the live-streamed funeral Mass. A good, effective teacher - of Leaving Cert. Irish in my case (1979-81). He was very shrewd at summing up what we could manage, and pushing for that to become reality. His eternal catchphrases: " taithí a dhéanann máisteacht" & Níl aon marc ar páipéar ban!" live on. I shall offer Mass for him tomorrow. May he rest in peace.
