I am so sad and shocked to hear that Carol Anne has died . I have wonderful memories collaborating with Carol Anne at a concert . She was such fun , so vivacious and talented and made everyone she spoke to feel special . May she rest in peace .

Oh Carol Anne! I just cannot believe that you have been taken so soon. We worked together in Mannings all those years ago. You were doing your voice training with Veronica Dunne at the time and you were so excited and I was the managaress in Mannings at that time. I left Dublin in the '80's but still checked in as to what you were doing from time to time. I am glad that you found happiness with Mick and my thoughts are with him and your family at this sad time. I can still hear you singing 'Summertime.' May the sun shine the brightest for you as you rest in your heavenly home. So happy that our paths crossed in life. Sleep well. x

She wove a spell with her beautiful voice and tone. The words of Bronte resonated around the room. So shocked to hear of the death of Carol Anne, I knew her when she worked in the Crumlin Shopping centre many years ago, and she was a beautiful lady inside and out with a wonderful soul, was just thinking of her the other day then heard the heartbreaking news. Dear Mick, it is with disbelief I have learned of the passing of your wife, friend & soulmate Carol Anne.
In September 1995, my husband and I had an intimate wedding celebration, Carol Anne & Emmanuel Lawler provided our wedding party with a wonderful salon concert in Marlfield House. In September 2018, my husband died, Carol Anne came to the funeral in St Pappan’s Church in Santry and very generously sang making Philip’s final journey a very memorable one. I will forever be grateful for her generosity to me.
Carol Anne was a wonderful, kind, talented and bubbly person, that left a lasting impression with anyone that had the good fortune to meet with her.

Very sad to hear of the untimely passing of Carol Anne. She was a truly lovely person and I remember her as a classmate in Drimnagh for all those years. I also had some contact with Mick in a local community centre at that time long before they knew each other. I was delighted to meet them as a couple a few years ago having not realised they were really married! She was so talented ..she was the best of us...condolences to all her family and friends.

It was a pleasure to be on Stage with Carol Anne at the National Concert Hall with GMS. Not only was she a beautiful person with a beautiful voice, she was so kind and friendly to all the Cast and Chorus members. Rest in Peace Carol Anne and Condolences to all her family and friends.

Carol Anne and I were in a show together in Waterford in 1984 called La Vie Parisienne. My memories of her are very warm and we had great fun. I was saddened to hear that she had died. Condolences to her husband, siblings and entire family. Rest in peace Carol Anne.
