I can only imagine what you Aidan, Eimear, Niamh and Clare are feeling as I who only knew Caroline since 2015, can't get my head around the fact that she has gone from our lives. I met her when a group of us were doing the Diploma in History of Art in Trinity. Caroline was so vibrant, engaging , warm and funny. But above all we all knew how much she loved Aidan and her girls. I cannot be there tomorrow but I will light a candle in a Spanish church and whenever I look at a painting by Ghirlandaio, I will remember her.
