Being a close work colleague and friend of Sarah's, she often told me many hilarious stories of Cathal and his antics, one day I was even blessed to meet him. While the days are tough now, never forget that he will always be with you and on days when you need a hero, he will be there for you sending the help you need - protecting you like Superman does. x
