So very sad and hard to believe that you are gone and I never got out to see you in your palace (and the bottles outside the front door ready for recycling)
I met you in 2012 in the old part of The Mater Hospital when we were inpatients. I was there for 5 months and you were there for a while too. We had great chats and we had the staff driven mad with our demands! Some of them are still in the Orthopedics Ward in the new part.
We kept in contact all this time through Facebook. I will miss that.
I will remember you as a sweet, funny, kind friend with a brilliant mind. My heart goes out to Tom and Bernadette and all your family and friends. They gave you a good send off.
Somebody at your funeral told me to choose my words carefully when I said I would leave a little ditto, so I hope I have done that.
I have lovely memories of you Catherine xxx.
