Dear Mary, Frank and Family,

We were saddened to hear of the death of our very good friend and neighbour from Balally.

Chris and Eugene were a wonderful addition to the Avenue, they were adored by all the children especially our Ingrid who frequently went missing only to be found sitting comfortably with them and no doubt enjoying some goodies.

We will miss our visits to see Chris in Leopardstown Hospital but are happy that she and Eugene are together again. May their souls rest in peace

Love and Prayers to help you all bear this heavy loss.

Sincere sympathy to Mary Frank and all the family. Chris was so much more than a Granny to her six grandchildren - she was imbedded in all their lives and will be deeply missed by them and all her great grandchildren. Chris was also a Granny to all the children in Leopardstown Park and was loved and respected by them all. A lovely lady who always ignored my request that she stop bringing in my bins. I will think of her every Friday when I bring in my own bins.
RIP Chris.
Mick and Fiona in 55.

Dear Mary, Frank, Michaela, Aoife, Naomi, Ilona, Frank, Cian and all your extended families, it is with the deepest sorrow and sadness in our hearts at the loss of our wonderful former next door neighbour and great friend, Chris, that we offer you our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your dear Mum, Grandmother and friend.

Over many years since we arrived at our new home next door to Chris and Eugene, their kindness, support, care and friendship was exceptional and they were always available at a moments notice to help us when needed.
The old adage: “Good fences make good neighbours” certainly didn’t apply. Our friendship was so much stronger than the wall between our homes.

Chris’s great humour, her lovely smile and the twinkle in her eye created such joy and happiness and everyone leaving her company always left with a smile.

We pray that all your memories of the wonderful happy lives you all had with Chris will give you strength as you grieve her loss, and know that she and Eugene will be happiest in their eternal home when you are all smiling and happy again.

Rest in Eternal Peace Chris and Eugene.

They and all of you will always be in our hearts and prayers. 🙏
