I’ve known Chris since I started going to the NAC over 18 years ago. He was a true gentleman, the face and spirit of the gym. His spin classes were amazing and he always enthused with energy. I was so sad to hear of Chris’s passing. It’s hard to fathom, Chris was so full of life, positivity, mischief, fun, kindness, compassion. He was living his best life and honestly he was the best of humanity. I met him in the National Aquatic Centre and saw him several times a week for many years. He always had a friendly word; a smile and the craic.
