I am so shocked to hear Christy has passed away. I was at school with Christy and he was the most polite and friendly chap you could ever meet. It's many years since I met him but he had his 4 children with him and he was glowing with pride as he introduced me to them. He really was a dedicated family man.

We've known you all our lives Christy, through primary and secondary school and days when you grazed Jacksie in the field next door, where you allowed Elizabeth, as a little girl to be responsible for him when you weren't around, that meant so much to her.
You were always the same happy person and we have wonderful memories of you, whether it was games of football in the field, where you would show your talent with a ball or strumming on a guitar giving us a rendition of Elvis's blue suede shoes- you made us smile 😃.
