My condolences to the McCarthy family. Sad today saying goodbye to Con in Grange. I always enjoyed conversations with him when resolving IT issues, in the garage in The Lough and in the Quality Hotel during WCR. He was always very helpful servicing my cars over the years. I hope COC of WCR will start a stage outside St Mary’s so he can watch. Rest in Peace Con.

My sincere condolences to the Mc Carthy family on Con's passing . My father (Paddy Joe) was a great friend of his and as a kid he was a huge presence in the Lowney family here in Clon. Lots of stories of what himself and "Blockie" (hope thats ok) got up to over the vears and I think he was best man at Con's wedding to Madge. I have memories of him rallying a mini cooper and the fun he got out of it always with a smile on his face.
