We are so saddened to hear of the passing of Conn.

Conn had been our personal accountant for over twenty years. Doing business with him was never less than a pleasure, both in the professional way he handled our (somewhat complex!) affairs, but in the personal dealings we had with him: always bright, always pleasant, always calm, always efficient.

In my own father's later years, I (Tony) persuaded him to switch to Conn and suddenly Conn made all his hitherto financial complications melt away!

We never met Conn's family, but the wonderful tributes his family paid to him at his funeral service today came as no surprise - they were entirely compatible with the Conn we knew.

A wonderful man. Sorely missed not only by his bereft family, but by many others - including us - that you may never have heard of.

May Conn rest in peace.

A sad loss to the world.

Dear Nives and family,

We are deeply saddened about Conn's death. We have lost a good and kind neighbour, a stalwart defender of the locality in the Nutley Residents' Association and the inspiration and mainspring, with you Nives, of the Nutley Golf Society whose bi-annual events in Elm Park kept Nutley residents entertained for years.

His lifelong concern for the Nutley community and the vitality and energy he brought to its various causes will be sorely missed.
