Dear Anne-Marie, Sophie, Emily and Owen,
We have never met but I’ve known Damian for years since he joined Genesys in 2015.
We were ones of the international workers, meeting in different places of this planet that could have diner, meet at the airport and ride on a bicycle in surprising places.
Damian has always been one of the exceptional people: Smart, hard workers, honest, loyal, human… A friend.
Damian was a true person. There are many of our conversations that impacted my life and way of thinking.
My deepest sympathies to you. Life can be terrible. Great people leave us. But beautiful memories remain.

So sorry to hear of Damien's passing. We met while in UCD in the MMS program. I was one year ahead of Damien but we interacted many times over the 12 months of my MMS program and then when I would visit the Business Microcomputer Center in the months following graduation. Damien was super smart and always game for a laugh. He was a decent bloke through and through. RIP.
